A Bit of Pink

Emma's class had a "Poetry Jam" yesterday where each kid read a poem they wrote...here is a bit of her reading...

(It's not the whole reading--I thought she was done but she was just turning the page...oops). Here's the part you missed...
"...Pink smells like a silky rose in the beginning of spring.
Pink feels like a soft pillow inviting your head over to take a nap.
Pink is the sun slowly dissapearing behind the majestic purple mountains, bidding everyone goodnight.
Pink is a tiny piglet squealing in a corner of it's pen.
If you think about it, pink is love."
